ImmoAgent Pro — Native iOS for Real-Estate Agents

ImmoAgent Pro is a SwiftUI app (iOS 17+) backed by a Hono.js API on Node 20 LTS with Prisma + Accelerate on Postgres. The app combines automated lead scoring on an interactive map (Pige Intelligente), guided photo capture with on-device AI analysis, a visual CRM pipeline with smart reminders, instant property estimation built on DVF transaction data and ML, an AI assistant that qualifies leads and drafts listing descriptions, electronic signing for mandates and compromis via Yousign, and integrations with government APIs (DVF, Cadastre, BAN, Géorisques, ADEME DPE). Architecture follows MVVM + Clean, with @Observable state, SwiftData persistence and Face ID / Touch ID auth.
